An Arabic accounting system on your phone

Many "Arabised" accounting systems are foreign products with a translation layer on top: terminology translated literally, a right-to-left flip of a left-to-right design, and support that does not understand your question. The result: the owner gives up and runs the finances on Excel and the accountant's memory.

Fahim is built in Arabic from the ground up, for the Saudi business environment — and crucially, it does not assume you are an accountant.

Accounting that records itself

In Fahim, the accounting entry is a side effect of daily work, not an extra task: issued a sales invoice? The entry is recorded. Logged a supplier invoice with a WhatsApp photo? The expense is recorded. The result is books that stay current, instead of a month-end posting marathon.

All are questions you send in Arabic on WhatsApp, in text or voice, and the system answers with a live figure. Reports are ready and aligned with Saudi regulatory requirements, including e-invoicing and ZATCA.
