  1. Legal eligibility. I confirm I am legally eligible to carry out this activity in Saudi Arabia, that my status — nationality, residency, licence or commercial registration where required — permits it, and that I alone bear any legal, tax or zakat obligation arising from my activity.
  2. This application is not a contract. Submitting it does not oblige Origami to accept it and creates no partnership. The relationship begins only with a separate written agreement.
  3. Commission and financial terms. Commission rates, how they are calculated and when they are earned are set solely in the written agreement; no promise or estimate outside it counts.
  4. An independent relationship. The partner acts independently. This is not employment and creates no labour entitlements.
  5. Limits of representation. The partner may not contract in Origami's or Fahim's name, commit them, or give any client an undertaking or warranty without written approval.
  6. Honest representation. The partner presents the system's capabilities as they are, without exaggeration or promises of features that do not exist, and without presenting themselves as an Origami employee.
  7. Confidentiality. Pricing, materials and client data reaching the partner through this relationship stay confidential and are used only to market Fahim.
  8. Data protection. The partner complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law for any client data collected or transferred, and collects none without the person's knowledge and consent.
  9. This application's data. The applicant consents to their data being processed to assess the application and make contact, and may request its deletion at any time via info@origami.sa.
  10. Acceptance and termination. Origami may accept or reject an application without giving reasons, and may end the partnership on breach of these terms, preserving whatever the partner earned before termination under the written agreement.
  11. Updates. These terms may be updated; what the partner accepted at the time of applying applies until they are notified of a change.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

What is affiliate marketing with Fahim?

You introduce business owners to Fahim and earn a commission on every subscription that comes through you. There is no stock to buy and no joining fee — your job is getting the system in front of the people who need it.

Do I need a commercial registration?

No. The commission marketer track needs no commercial registration and suits individuals. The accredited agent track is for companies, where a registration is normally required.

What is the commission rate?

The rate and how it is calculated are set in the written agreement once your application is accepted. We don't publish figures here because they differ by track and by volume.

What is the difference between a commission marketer and an accredited agent?

A marketer is an individual working their own network and earning commission on what they bring in. An agent is a company that adopts Fahim as part of its services: selling it, training its clients on it, and representing it across their region or sector.

Is this a full-time job?

No. The relationship is independent, not employment. You work on your own time and at your own pace, and it creates no labour entitlements.

Can I work from any city in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. The programme is open across the Kingdom and most of the work is done remotely.
