Frequently asked questions about the free trial

How long is the trial, and does it need a payment card?

A full month from the day you receive your login details. Registration asks for no payment details, so nothing is charged during the trial or automatically after it.

What do I need to register?

Five fields: your full name, the business name, the 10-digit commercial registration number, a mobile number, and the email address your login details will be sent to. The trial is available to businesses registered in Saudi Arabia.

When do I get my login details?

Once you send the request your account is set up automatically and the login details are emailed to you as soon as it is ready — usually within minutes, and at most 48 hours if the request needs a review. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or email info@origami.sa.

What does the trial account include?

Everything in the system: running operations from WhatsApp, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, inventory, purchasing and accounting, fine-grained permissions per employee, and instant reports from a plain question. Module details are on the solutions page.

Is Fahim suitable for my business size?

Fahim is built for small and medium-sized businesses in Saudi Arabia and works alongside the systems you already use. The trial is the best way to see whether it fits how you work before any commitment.

What happens when the month ends?

You pick the plan that suits you on the pricing page and carry on with the same account. Because no payment details are collected at sign-up, your account never turns into a paid subscription by itself.

Do I get training during the trial?

Yes — we train your team on the system during the month. You can also start right away with the learn section, which walks through the concepts and modules step by step.
